I keep enterprise production systems healthy as an Application Support Engineer, and I'm taking that experience into cloud infrastructure and AI.

3+ years of supporting production applications taught me where operations break. Now I fix those bottlenecks at the root with automation, observability and infrastructure as code, and I try every idea in my homelab first.

    • Wrote and deployed Bash scripts for automated server restarts, cutting manual intervention and streamlining routine maintenance.
    • Supported configuration management and pull requests for TELUS Health software developers and data engineers using Git, GitHub and Visual Studio Code.
    • Administered configurations in the Google Cloud console and tracked work in Jira, using PagerDuty alerting for fast incident triage and strict SLA adherence.
